September 2010 - Pure Restaurant at the 5-star Hout Bay Manor, Cape Town, has once again received an award at the Diners Club Wine list Awards - this year Pure Restaurant walked away with a prestigious Diamond Award for its ever-growing and indeed impressive wine list. States Pure's Sommelier, "Since Pure opened three years ago in November, we have been diligent in growing our local and international wine collection.
