Human Communications Launches Human Jobs Online
Human Communications, South Africa's largest independent recruitment and tender advertiser, today announced the launch of their online recruitment advertising solution - humanjobs.co.za

Human Communications is the first traditional recruitment advertising agency to create an online jobs portal to manage and supplement their clients' print media reach. Advertising clients will now be exposed to both a print and online audience, while jobs seekers will be enabled to apply directly for jobs advertised on humanjobs.co.za. With over 22 years of experience in recruitment advertising and response handling, Human Communications has taken this proactive step in the evolving recruitment landscape to ensure greater reach for their clients. Over the past decade dedicated online recruitment sites have sprung up, but this is the first time that a traditional recruitment house has published its own site.

Miles Corbitt, Deputy Managing Director of Human Communications says: "We believe that there certainly is a long term future for newspaper recruitment advertising in South Africa - by establishing an online presence we are re-enforcing print and adding eyeballs for our customers to ensure that they attract the best possible candidates. As the South African market continues to move toward electronic media usage, we must offer a combination of platforms to reach job seekers of all ages."

Human Communications partnered with South African job portal Jobs.co.za to develop a customised job advertising and application management solution to accommodate their unique requirements. The recruitment advertising solution will automatically integrate into Jobs.co.za to extend the job advertising reach to an online audience while centralising application management and streamlining the response handling process on humanjobs.co.za

Gillian Meier, CEO of Jobs.co.za comments: "There are a number of advantages to advertising online such as not having to wait for publication dates, an expanded advertising life-cycle, as well as content flexibility with no geographical limitations. In addition, online job advertising provides an extended reach to both active job seekers and a passive audience through search-engine job searches. However, the most significant value of online recruitment advertising is the ability to automate cross-job postings, while receiving applications in a single location that can be managed seamlessly through a sophisticated application management suite".

With this strategic development Human Communications intends to reach a larger target audience while delivering a faster turnaround time for its clients. For Jobs.co.za the relationship with Human Communications will provide increased volumes of jobs on offer.
