Primedia@Home's Hat Trick - The GCIS Vuk'Uzenzele Tender
PRIMEDIA@HOME is the confirmed communication partner of choice for the Government Communication and Information System (GCIS) Vuk'uzenzele Tender.

PRIMEDIA@HOME implements standardised national controls for both mass and niche distribution platforms developed by the media owner to ensure advertising material is reliably, effectively and professionally distributed. "Being both at the forefront of innovation and with an exacting infrastructure, we are able to ensure that our national branches will distribute Vuk'uzenzele directly to its intended market," Chagonda adds.

Chagonda stresses that companies need to be sure their distribution partner has a thorough understanding of their target audience and the capacity, in terms of infrastructure and database, to effectively reach that audience.

The tender, presented to the Tender Evaluation Panel in February 2008, required extensive pre-planning and preparation. "As with the two other GCIS tenders recently awarded to PRIMEDIA@HOME, we had to deliver a unique strategy and outcome to meet the GCIS's objectives," Chagonda adds.

The project team was led by Andrew Gibbs, Regional Sales Manager, as point man, backed up by Vikesh Roopchand, GM Business Development and CEO Melvin Chagonda. "The PRIMEDIA@HOME team pulled out all the stops to ensure this extraordinary success. It is a well deserved hat trick," Chagonda concludes.
