One of the things that we looked at this year was the future of the recruitment business in SA and Nick Christelis gave us great insight into identifying the only real sustainable edge in business, new rules for success with ideas and actions to implement into our business.

Kevin Horsely inspired and entertained us. He taught us techniques to enhance our mental ability and keep our minds agile and alert. Also to learn memory principles that make information stick, showing us that we have potential that we didn't even know existed.

We always make a point of keeping up to date with current international recruiting techniques and strategies. This year we looked at some of the legal and labour law issues surrounding recruitment in SA as well as traits and skills of successful international companies and how they apply to the SA landscape.

We left the conference inspired, educated, motivated and determined to reach even greater heights to succeed.
