Role Overview:
As a Marketing Data Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients' sponsorships by managing the measurement process and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to enhance our clients' marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture the client's sponsorship measurement model.
  2. Spearhead 'impact marketing' as a central business objective, ensuring efficient measurement and reporting on clients' campaigns and sponsorships.
  3. Gather, assess and leverage pertinent marketing and sponsorship data to generate actionable insights and strategic plans.
  4. Formulate and deliver comprehensive reports to clients, pinpointing areas for enhancement and spotlighting the triumphs of campaigns.
  5. Lead the incorporation of software tools, including SQL, Power BI and external marketing measurement tools.
  6. Foster connections with clients and partners, facilitating the acquisition of essential data for reporting.
  7. Collaborate closely with the Sponsorship Analytics Executive to construct and uphold a repository of historical information.
  8. Infuse data insights into the overarching campaign strategy, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, marketing, or similar qualification, with courses in data analysis

Knowledge:

  • Basic proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with data visualisation in Power BI (Advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas
  • Understanding of key metrics for measuring the success of marketing/sponsorship campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics methods
