WHO ARE WE: A fast-growing social media content business creating short-form content for Instagram and TikTok at scale. We are building a highly systemised content operation using AI, technology, automation and smart processes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: A hands-on AI enthusiast and builder who is curious, adaptable and loves experimenting. You don’t need a specific degree or years of experience - show us what you’ve built.

You are someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and can turn ideas into working solutions.

You will build the systems first, then build the team around them.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Build and improve AI-powered content and automation workflows

• Use AI for scripting, hooks, captions, images, video and avatars

• Work with LLMs such as Claude and connect different AI tools

• Test new tools and turn successful ideas into repeatable systems

• Create SOPs and improve content quality and efficiency

• Eventually build, train and lead the AI team

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

Essential

• Hands-on experience building AI content or automation workflows

• Strong practical knowledge of Claude and LLM workflows

• Experience with prompting and structuring AI outputs

• Experience with AI image/video tools such as Kling, ComfyUI, Higgsfield or similar

• Something real you can show us that you have built

• Strong English communication skills

• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to experiment

Nice to have

• Python or scripting

• Make, n8n or Apps Script

• Supabase or Notion

• ElevenLabs, HeyGen or similar

• Social media content experience
