Who Are We Looking For:
A Digital Content & Web Editor to join a fast-paced, global digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll build and edit web pages using a CMS platform (Drupal), ensure content follows best practices in UX, UI and SEO, and play a key role in optimising the customer journey across websites. You’ll also support Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) through data analysis, A/B testing and continuous improvement.
What Will You Do:

Publish, edit and manage web content across global websites and digital platforms using Drupal

Collaborate with UX, SEO, product and CRM teams to optimise user journeys and improve site performance

Apply SEO best practices, including keyword optimisation, metadata management and site structure improvements

Support CRO initiatives, including data analysis, A/B testing and content optimisation

Ensure brand consistency, editorial quality and accessibility standards across all content

Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues such as page speed, broken links, or rendering problems

Explore and apply new digital tools, including AI-powered platforms (e.g. Builder.io), to enhance workflows
What Will You Need:

Strong hands-on experience with web content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal or WordPress, and digital publishing workflows

Solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX) and SEO best practices

Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, AHREFS, Screaming Frog)

Experience in content editing with excellent attention to detail and brand alignment

Ability to support CRO and A/B testing frameworks
Bonus if you have:

Experience with headless CMS or more advanced content workflows

Familiarity with AI tools for content editing and publishing

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
