Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a high-energy Senior Project Manager who thrives under pressure and genuinely LOVES admin, structure and detail. This role will own end-to-end delivery of major events, from timelines and budgets to suppliers, sponsors, exhibitors and on-site execution.
What You’ll Do

Drive full project management across multiple complex events

Manage budgets, timelines, risk logs and client status meetings

Lead internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless on-site delivery

Oversee registration, AV, exhibitor/sponsor management and reconciliation

Maintain and improve SOPs, workflows and ClickUp updates
What We Need

A fast, organised and experienced event PM
-
Proven experience running multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously

Strong client-facing confidence with senior stakeholders

Obsessed with detail, admin, follow-through and structured systems
-
Experience in agency, PCO, or in-house events; big conferences/exhibitions a strong advantage
