Who Are We Looking For?

A highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager at our agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness engagement and drive growth for our clients. 

What Will You Do?

  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement an effective social media strategy that aligns with our client's brand goals and objectives, including creating a content calendar for client approval.
  2. Content Creation and Publishing: Create, curate, and publish engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos and graphics, tailored to each platform.
  3. Platform Management: Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  4. Content Consistency Management: Manage and ensure all content published across all digital channels is consistent.
  5. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages and engage with our audience to foster a sense of community.
  6. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests and promotions to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  7. Ad Campaign Management: Run monthly advertising on various social media platforms.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Analyse key social media metrics, track performance and provide monthly reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
  9. Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve online presence.
  10. Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team and client to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

What Will You Need?

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
  • Qualification in marketing, communications or related field
