Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Account Manager with strong relationships within media agencies, outdoor specialists, and direct brand partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record in driving sales, and is confident managing both endemic and non-endemic campaigns. Leadership and mentorship experience will be highly valued.

What You Will Do

  • Media Sales & Agency Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, outdoor specialists, and direct clients. Identify and create both endemic and non-endemic opportunities, converting leads into revenue.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, manage, and execute retail media campaigns using historical performance and insights. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client KPIs.

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide clear forecasts, highlighting opportunities, risks, and growth prospects. Report findings regularly to senior stakeholders.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Market Insight & Innovation: Stay updated on retail media and OOH industry trends. Use insights to create compelling strategies, case studies, and client recommendations.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6–8 years of experience in client/account management or sales roles, ideally in media or retail campaigns.

  • Strong network of contacts within media agencies and OOH specialists.

  • Deep understanding of marketing theory, media planning, ATL channels, and campaign execution.

  • Proven ability to interpret campaign performance data and market insights to influence strategy.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Competencies include critical thinking, AI & data fluency, collaboration, resilience, organization, and commercial competitiveness.
