Who are we looking for
An experienced, strategic, and hands-on Fleet Manager to lead large-scale fleet operations in Zambia.

What will you do
-
Manage a large and diverse fleet across Zambia

Oversee drivers, workshop staff, and logistics teams

Reduce fleet costs through route optimisation and fuel management
-
Implement preventative maintenance schedules and compliance standards
-
Track fleet performance using digital systems and reporting tools
-
Ensure vehicle safety, licensing, and regulatory compliance

Lead contracts and negotiations with suppliers and service providers

Report to executive leadership on fleet KPIs and improvements

Drive operational excellence across all transport and logistics functions
What do you need
-
10+ years of fleet or transport management experience (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)

Proven ability to manage large fleets in complex environments

Strong people management and leadership skills
-
Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, tracking systems, and logistics

Proficiency in fleet management software and data analytics
-
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, or similar

Resilient, adaptable, and hands-on with a strategic mindset

Willing to relocate to Zambia (expat role)
