What you will do:

  • Convert marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies, guiding the team from concept to execution
  • Leverage audience, cultural, and demographic insights to shape clear, actionable creative direction
  • Attract, nurture, and retain top creative talent while fostering a culture of growth and professional development
  • Oversee all aspects of team management, including recruitment, evaluation, mentorship, and career progression
  • Build and maintain an inspiring creative environment that draws and develops the industry’s best talent
  • Champion innovation and strategic thinking, motivating the team to push creative boundaries
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, supporting client relationships and contributing to pitches and strategic planning
  • Ensure seamless, transparent communication across creative teams, stakeholders, and clients
  • Drive the creative and strategic evolution of the agency’s brand and marketing initiatives to win new business

What you must have:

  • Relevant degree and qualifications within the related feel
  • Previous agency experience within the TTL space is a MUST
  • Demonstrated experience in the creation of omni-channel
  • Experience delivering and winning client pitches 
  • Experience in managing a creative team as well as being able to step in from a design stand point where needed
  • Experience working on creative design tools
