Who are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Client Director / Business Director with solid experience in leading large-scale retail accounts and a proven ability to work across multiple channels — including traditional, digital, and particularly retail media. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker, commercially sharp, and a natural team leader who can inspire both clients and internal teams. Someone who’s hands-on, solutions-driven, and thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
What will you do?

Lead the client relationship at a senior level, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent delivery across all work.

Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with particular emphasis on retail media strategy and execution.

Guide and collaborate with internal departments (strategy, creative, media, digital, production) to ensure seamless delivery.

Drive business growth through client development, identifying new opportunities within the account.

Be the custodian of timelines, budgets, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Lead and mentor a client service team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
What do you need?

8–10+ years’ experience in client service within an agency environment, with at least 3 years at a senior leadership level.

Demonstrated experience managing large retail clients and retail media campaigns.

Solid understanding of the full marketing mix – ATL, BTL, digital, media, in-store, and shopper marketing.

Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills – both internally and externally.

A natural leader with a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.

Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to remain solution-focused under pressure.
