Who are we looking for?

We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Client Director / Business Director with solid experience in leading large-scale retail accounts and a proven ability to work across multiple channels — including traditional, digital, and particularly retail media. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker, commercially sharp, and a natural team leader who can inspire both clients and internal teams. Someone who’s hands-on, solutions-driven, and thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

What will you do?

  • Lead the client relationship at a senior level, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent delivery across all work.

  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with particular emphasis on retail media strategy and execution.

  • Guide and collaborate with internal departments (strategy, creative, media, digital, production) to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Drive business growth through client development, identifying new opportunities within the account.

  • Be the custodian of timelines, budgets, and overall campaign effectiveness.

  • Lead and mentor a client service team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

What do you need?

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in client service within an agency environment, with at least 3 years at a senior leadership level.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large retail clients and retail media campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of the full marketing mix – ATL, BTL, digital, media, in-store, and shopper marketing.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – both internally and externally.

  • A natural leader with a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.

  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to remain solution-focused under pressure.
