An experienced Head of Marketing with a strong B2B focus and relevant industry experience (real estate, software, ecommerce, digital platforms or marketplaces), who can define and lead strategy, drive growth, and build a high-performing team.

What will you do

  • Own and drive the B2B marketing strategy, including brand, go-to-market, PR, events, and partnerships
  • Lead and develop a small marketing team
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and data teams
  • Drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Track performance, ROI, and marketing impact
  • Report on outcomes and align marketing to business objectives
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities

What do you need

  • 8+ years’ marketing experience with strong B2B exposure
  • Industry experience in real estate, software, ecommerce, digital platforms or marketplaces
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Strong commercial and data-driven mindset
  • Experience in brand, go-to-market, and growth marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
