Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for an energetic, young, and dynamic Marketing Manager who is hands-on, creative, and highly organised. This role suits someone who understands how to connect with a younger target market, enjoys being involved across both digital and traditional channels, with a focus on Social Media and is comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
What Will You Do
- Develop and execute integrated digital and traditional marketing strategies
- Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, on-brand content
- Build and maintain strong, consistent branding across all channels
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (design, print, digital)
- Provide leadership and guidance where required, supporting marketing initiatives end-to-end
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise activity
- Manage marketing calendars, promotions, launches, and ongoing brand activity
What Do You Need
- Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing
- Strong social media management experience
