Senior Traffic Manager / Project Manager

Location: Cape Town, in-office. Contract: 3-month contract. Reports to: Marketing Operations Lead.

We are looking for an experienced traffic and project management professional to bring structure and efficiency to a busy marketing department, working across internal teams and an external creative agency.

Who We Are Looking For

A highly organised, process-driven Senior Traffic Manager / Project Manager who can build structure from the ground up, manage multiple workstreams and keep projects moving from brief to delivery.

What You Will Do

• Build and implement a department-wide traffic and workflow system.

• Manage briefs and projects from intake through to sign-off.

• Prioritise workloads, allocate resources and monitor deadlines.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and capacity issues.

• Implement and manage appropriate project/traffic tools.

• Coordinate workflows, timelines and approvals with the external creative agency.

• Provide project and capacity visibility to the Marketing Operations Lead.

• Improve processes and drive efficient ways of working across teams.

What You Need

• Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Project Manager or similar in marketing, advertising or creative environments.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Proven ability to implement traffic or project management systems and processes.

• Strong understanding of creative and marketing workflows.

• Experience working with external agencies or creative partners.

• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• A proactive, process-driven and solutions-focused approach.
