Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a commercially focused Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on using data, insights and experimentation to drive scalable growth.

You are equal parts strategist, analyst and hands-on operator - comfortable managing campaigns, interrogating performance data and translating insights into real business impact. You enjoy challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities and continuously improving ROI across digital channels.

What Will You Do

  • Own and drive paid digital performance across multiple global brands
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Bing
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROI, CAC/CPA and ROAS
  • Analyse full-funnel performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates
  • Lead ongoing testing and experimentation across audiences, creatives, landing pages and bidding strategies
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer behaviour and market insights
  • Partner with SEO, CRM and content teams to align acquisition and retention strategies
  • Build clear reporting dashboards and present performance insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, reconciliation and campaign performance reviews
  • Work closely with agencies and platform partners to ensure strong delivery and accountability
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform changes and evolving attribution models

What Do You Need

  • 8+ years’ experience in digital/performance marketing across B2C and B2B environments
  • Agency experience
  • Strong hands-on experience across PPC, Paid Social, Display and SEO
  • Deep understanding of Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok advertising platforms
  • Proven success in scaling paid acquisition campaigns while improving ROI and efficiency
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with advanced experience using GA4, platform analytics and Excel
  • Experience designing and managing structured testing and optimisation programmes
  • Understanding of attribution, tracking, conversion modelling and modern measurement practices
  • Experience working across multiple markets and localising campaigns for different audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Desirable:

  • Experience within subscription-based, SaaS, financial services or other considered-purchase sectors
  • Exposure to CRM/lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
  • Experience using BI tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau
  • Basic SQL knowledge advantageous
