What we are looking for: A high calibre Senior Events and Activations Key Account Manager.

Mission for the Role: To seamlessly take over and grow a high-income key account portfolio by protecting and increasing gross profit, strengthening client relationships and delivering strategically aligned, hassle-free brand experiences.

What you will do: 

  • Full ownership of assigned key accounts and portfolio gross profit
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies and unlock up-sell opportunities
  • Manage campaigns from ideation to breakdown, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Guide and direct the design team to produce brand-aligned, strategically sound concepts
  • Prepare quotes, manage costings and protect project margins
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, campaign management and national implementation
  • Deliver seamless, hassle-free client experiences

Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)

  • Ensure zero GP decline during client transition period
  • Present 12-month growth strategy per key client within 90 days
  • Identify and implement at least 2 new revenue opportunities per key account within the first 6 months
  • Deliver national activations on time, within budget and at or above target margin
  • Maintain agreed GP margin thresholds across all projects

What you must have:

  • Proven experience in brand activations, experiential marketing, or events, preferably within an agency environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing high-value key accounts
  • Experience managing national roll-outs
  • Direct gross profit responsibility
  • Commercially sharp and margin-aware
  • Confident client-facing presence
