What we are looking for: A high calibre Senior Events and Activations Key Account Manager.
Mission for the Role: To seamlessly take over and grow a high-income key account portfolio by protecting and increasing gross profit, strengthening client relationships and delivering strategically aligned, hassle-free brand experiences.
What you will do:
- Full ownership of assigned key accounts and portfolio gross profit
- Develop and implement account growth strategies and unlock up-sell opportunities
- Manage campaigns from ideation to breakdown, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Guide and direct the design team to produce brand-aligned, strategically sound concepts
- Prepare quotes, manage costings and protect project margins
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, campaign management and national implementation
- Deliver seamless, hassle-free client experiences
Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)
- Ensure zero GP decline during client transition period
- Present 12-month growth strategy per key client within 90 days
- Identify and implement at least 2 new revenue opportunities per key account within the first 6 months
- Deliver national activations on time, within budget and at or above target margin
- Maintain agreed GP margin thresholds across all projects
What you must have:
- Proven experience in brand activations, experiential marketing, or events, preferably within an agency environment
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing high-value key accounts
- Experience managing national roll-outs
- Direct gross profit responsibility
- Commercially sharp and margin-aware
- Confident client-facing presence
