You are digitally savvy, commercially minded, and passionate about building high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. What will you do?

  • Drive and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy.
  • Manage and coordinate all brand activities across channels (TTL).
  • Facilitate communication and manage key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Bring fresh thinking, creativity, and innovation to marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the internal marketing team.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, leads, and key marketing KPIs.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitor research and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities, trends, and insights to support business growth.

What do you need?

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of web, social, e-commerce, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Previous agency experience is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Confident, resourceful, decisive, and able to take initiative.
  • Comfortable challenging ideas and providing constructive input in the best interests of the brand.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
