Job Description

Who are we: A BPO (Business Product Outsourcing) specialising in Conversational AI and customer support solutions, combining AI automation with 100+ live agents in a human-in-the-loop model to ensure seamless task resolution.

Who are we looking for: Senior Designer with advanced graphic design skills and a strong ability to distill complex ideas into clear, persuasive communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple sectors, including food delivery, BPO operations and voice AI and brings a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You should be able to design across a wide range of outputs, including AI conversational flows, product interfaces, websites, investor decks and marketing assets, while consistently delivering high-quality, user-focused design solutions.

What will you do:

  • Design user-centric digital products, including dashboards, platforms and web applications
  • Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Translate complex systems and technical requirements into intuitive experiences
  • Contribute to brand development and create digital marketing assets (websites, campaigns, presentations)
  • Work on AI-enabled products, including conversational interfaces (chatbots, voice)
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, CX and AI teams
  • Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Contribute to multimedia content, including video and interactive experiences where relevant
  • Continuously challenge and improve briefs to elevate the final output

What will you need:

  • 6–10+ years’ experience in UX/UI, product, or digital design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web, product and digital interface design
  • Proven experience working on complex digital platforms or SaaS products
  • Ideally, experience within a BPO environment or designing for customer support / contact centre platforms
  • Expertise in wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity UI design
  • Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into user-friendly solutions
  • Experience in brand development and digital marketing design
  • Exposure to AI-driven products and/or conversational design (chatbots, voice AI)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS)
  • Experience with modern content formats (video, animation, interactive)
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work hybrid in Cape Town and accommodate EST hours when required
