Job Description

Who Are We

We are a growing business operating within the automotive sector, delivering high-volume, transaction-driven services. Our growth is driven by consistent inbound demand, strong digital performance, and a trusted market presence. Marketing plays a central role in both revenue generation and brand credibility.

Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can lead measurable growth through data-driven marketing, while also maintaining and strengthening brand visibility. This role requires a hands-on marketer who is comfortable being accountable for performance, but who also understands the importance of brand consistency and trust in driving long-term results.

What Will You Do

  • Own and execute the performance marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion
  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor and improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on marketing spend
  • Work on brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency across channels
  • Oversee website performance, user journey, and conversion optimisation
  • Implement and refine SEO and local search strategies to grow organic demand
  • Ensure effective lead flow into CRM systems and strong collaboration with sales
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using insights to guide decisions
  • Manage marketing budgets and agency or supplier relationships where applicable

What Do You Need

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid media and analytics
  • Understanding of brand fundamentals and how branding supports performance
  • Experience managing full-funnel marketing activity
  • Analytical, results-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to balance short-term performance goals with longer-term brand impact
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

This role offers the opportunity to own and shape a marketing function where performance, brand, and lead generation are closely connected and clearly measurable.
