We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the Group Head of Marketing and play a key role in driving brand visibility, digital growth, customer engagement, and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple brands within the group.

What will you do?

  • Work as the second-in-command to the Marketing Director across multiple brands and business units
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Oversee website management, SEO, analytics, and performance optimisation
  • Manage content planning and execution across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and online campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external suppliers
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting, insights, and recommendations
  • Assist with brand positioning, corporate communications, events, and integrated marketing initiatives
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the automotive and digital marketing space

What do you need?

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a multi-brand or corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital analytics, SEO, CRM, and social media strategy
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and digital budgets
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting ability
  • Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Automotive, insurance, retail, or related industry exposure would be advantageous
