Atmosphere Signs Up New Projects And Manages Two High Profile Launches
Friday, 28 September 2012: Award-winning PR agency, Atmosphere Communications, has taken on a range of new projects during September and October month, while managing two high profile launches for its retained clients.
Following on the success of The Wine Show in J'burg and in PE earlier this year, the team is currently raising awareness for The Wine Show in Durban. This is in addition to the PR drive it is currently doing for the Sanlam Investments Food Wine Design Fair to be held in Hyde Park in November this year. Another substantial project is the PR for the Cape Town Entrepreneur Week which is aimed at encouraging entrepreneurs to use Cape Town as its base. This project follows shortly after the Zurich-based Execujet Aviation Group briefed the agency to communicate its African expansion plans.
Atmosphere recently took to the skies with its long established client, kulula when it launched the carrier's new fleet through a tongue-in-cheek ‘Ridiculously Posh Boeing Launch' which included a blue light motorcade, a marching band strutting through the airport, a silver service champagne breakfast in-flight and a presidential look-alike turning heads. The event trended on Twitter and garnered social and traditional media coverage.
Brandhouse, South Africa's leading premium drinks company, entrusted the launch of its Johnnie Walker Platinum Label in South Africa to Atmosphere, reflecting its confidence in the agency's expertise. Working with its partners, King James, the team created "One Bottle" liquor store to launch the first bottle of Platinum Label to hit South African shores.
