Job Description

Be that hands-on Marketing Manager for a leading pharmaceutical and medical company with offices in more than 30 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies together with the sales team
  • Be part of shaping the long-term direction in which the organisation needs to evolve
  • Develop and analyse the marketing strategies to promote the business and its products
  • Plan and develop a marketing plan together with the sales team and GM to deliver business objectives
  • Draw up a planning schedule and create marketing plans into real actions
  • Develop, implement and track digital marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Follow marketing trends of competitors in South Africa and the international market
  • Develop marketing tactics and initiatives to support the sales activities
  • Organise and participate in trade shows, conferences and client meetings
  • Develop and organise events for new products

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience within a similar role
  • Strong knowledge and experience within the pharmaceutical and medicinal industry
  • BBA degree in Business or Brand Management or equivalent
  • B.Sc or B.Pharm qualification would be desirable
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Digital marketing certifications
  • Team player and ability to manage marketing projects
