Responsibilities

• Take the lead on a creative job
• Comfortable with both long and short form copy for traditional and digital
• Interrogate the brief early on in the process
• Develop and unearth real insights
• Manage and lead the conceptual thinking and writing of campaigns
• Work on full integrated campaigns
• Present to senior members of agency and the client
• Guide and mentor junior writers

Responsibilities

• Experience working on financial services and FMCG clients
• Previous experience in a creative agency or similar environment
• Ability to work alone
• Experience writing for B2C and B2B
• A desire to do ground-breaking creative work
• A portfolio of previous success with proven ability to develop award-winning campaigns
• The ability to write long and short forms
• Be very comfortable writing for digital channels
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with the wider team
• Calm when working under pressure
• Ability to produce work to a high standard quickly and professionally with attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership and a commitment to delivering best practice
