A leading Healthcare Business is looking for a Marketing Insight Data Analyst.

You will be a strong contributor to the customer experience team and the organization by providing strategic and tactical insights that will help in planning and delivering towards a truly customer-centric experience across all touchpoints. You will be the focal point who works closely with different business units to better understand and analyze consumer and customer experience related data and metrics.

  • To identify, measure and analyse external and internal market data into meaningful insights to inform critical business decisions by presenting data in reports
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those
  • To construct scientific research into data gathering techniques based on business needs on qualitative and qualitative information
  • To independently understand the business requirements by liaising with various external and internal stakeholders and conducting requirement gathering workshops and then convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish
  • To investigate and understand the customer journey and how to produce data and insights that supports the problem/solution
  • To manage his/her own projects according to deadlines
  • To construct analytical models and solutions based on business problems such as Return on Investment (ROI), New Business Development (NBD), Scenario planning, Marketing Segmentation, Digital Marketing etc.
  • To use the latest data tools in industry to gather or analyse the data (e.g.Python,API,CX)
  • To understand data engineering principles (ETL) and tools (SQL, SSIS etc.) and liaise with the BI developers to construct data models effectively
  • To create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
  • To continuously improve reporting through quarterly Kaizen reporting & recommendations
