• Collaborate with creative and content teams to test, iterate and optimise content for maximum reach.
• Track and report on organic growth, audience engagement and trend performance.
• Stay plugged into online culture — from memes to viral videos — and use that insight to drive explosive growth.

What you need

• Proven experience growing social channels or brands organically.
• A deep understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.
• Strong analytical instincts – you can dissect why something works and recreate the magic.
• A creative, driven, and slightly obsessive energy for “what’s next.”
• Fast execution, adaptability, and comfort working in a high-growth, experimental environment.
