Job Description

A growing, vibrant, multi-cultural, global online company is looking for a Junior Copywriter to be a part of their dynamic team.

The lucky candidate will be responsible for producing all assigned marketing collateral both creatively and technically, working closely with the Senior Copywriter and all stakeholders in the business to ensure that creative outputs consistently fulfil business requirements and also drive the business in new and exciting directions. The Junior Copywriter will specialise in conceptualising and creating fresh, original and memorable work across TV, Print, Radio, OOH and Activations.



  • Develop and oversee the written elements while creating TVCs, Print, Radio and OOH
  • Conceptualise and develop concepts in collaboration with an Art Director
  • Direct radio and VO recordings with the assistance of the Senior Copywriter
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the context for the content you are creating
  • Take direction and guidance from the Senior Copywriter
  • Attend brainstorm sessions and develop new concepts
  • Develop fresh and original proactive work and come up with ideas beyond the brief
  • Create and maintain the tone of voice for all company collateral and ensure that is in line and compliant with the CI
  • Work with Traffic to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure correct languages are used with the correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
  • Ensure that all links work
  • Share best practices and cutting-edge work
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within the team, as well all stakeholders in the business


  • 3-year Diploma or Degree in Copywriting
  • Minimum 3 years copywriting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written skills and understanding of language
  • Working knowledge of VO direction for radio and TV
  • Experience picking Voice Over Artists from voicebank
  • Consistent high standard and quality of work with high attention to detail
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise and be proactive
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have an interest in sport
