Job Description

A financial technology firm based in the Cape Town is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee full end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Monitor and interpret recruitment data to identify trends, suggest and take action where required
  • Research, recommend and implement best practice in recruitment and selection
  • Have solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social networks)
  • Support candidates on all interview stages by scheduling calls and providing feedback
  • Take part in team building and promote successful and positive work environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification and real experience of full-cycle recruiting managing (3+ years)
  • Independent work experience, developed self-organisation skills
  • Ready to take initiative and responsibility
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of labour market and labour legislation in South Africa
