What we are looking for: Head of Solutions, Architecture and Implementations

What you will do:

  • Turn the CTO’s technology strategy into practical, scalable solutions

  • Design and implement enterprise architectures across cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments

  • Lead solution delivery and integrations with multiple vendors and technology platforms

  • Ensure all solutions meet governance and compliance standards (ITIL, ISO, POPIA, etc.)

  • Align solutions with the business service delivery and ITSM frameworks.

  • Drive automation using DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices

  • Introduce AI-driven automation, advanced monitoring and observability tools

  • Manage risks, security and data protection across all implementations

  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure performance and delivery standards are met

  • Measure and report on solution performance and continuous improvement

What you must have:

  • 10+ years’ experience in IT architecture, implementation, or service delivery

  • Proven experience leading large complex technology and multi-vendor projects

  • Strong technical background in cloud, AIOps, automation and observability tools

  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms like ScienceLogic SL1, ServiceNow, OpenTelemetry and Prometheus

  • Excellent leadership, governance and vendor management skills
